Take 2 capsules 30 minutes before retiring for sleep. If woken from sleep during the night 1 additional capsule can be taken. Do not exceed a daily dose of 4 capsules.
USAGE ADVICE
Take 2 capsules a day with food 30 minutes before going to sleep. If woken from sleep during the night, 1 additional capsule can be taken. Or as recommended by your healthcare professional. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional.
