Upgrade to Gold Class Promotion T&Cs

The 'Promoter' of Chemistworks 'Upgrade to Gold Class' Campaign 2025 (the "Promotion") is Chemistworks Management PTY LTD (ABN 12 001 237 029) of Suite 1, 70 Jellicoe Street, Lidcombe NSW 2141. The Promotion Period begins at 12:00am AEDT on 30 October 2025 and will conclude at 11:55pm AEDT on 12 November 2025. Instructions on eligibility and mechanics of prize redemption form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Hoyts or Event Cinemas.  

Conditions Of Eligibility
An entrant must meet all of the following conditions of eligibility:
Must be a Australian resident aged 18 years and over at the time of entry, and remain an Australian resident for the duration of the Promotional Period. Directors, officers, management and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related bodies corporate or franchisees, printers, suppliers, providers and agencies associated with this promotion or who have influence over the allocation of rewards are ineligible to participate in this promotion. Immediate family means the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child, parent, step-parent, grand-parent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin. Customers who spend $150 or more in a single transaction are eligible to participate. They must also be a Rewards Club member. Transaction spend excludes the following: prescriptions, pharmacists only medication, gift cards and services. As a condition of entering this promotion and in the event an entrant is a prize winner, an Entrant consents to the Promoter using the entrant's name and locality for media use for an unlimited period of time without further notification, remuneration or compensation for the purpose of promoting, publicising or marketing.  

Prize Redemption
Entrants who win a double HOYTS movie pass will receive their prize at the checkout. Winners who placed their entry via an online order will have their double movie pass included within their delivery. 

Eight (8) Gold Class voucher winners will be drawn across Thursday, 6 November at 3:00pm AEDT and Thursday, 13 November at 3:00pm AEDT. There will be 2 winners in each participating Chemistworks location. Gold Class vouchers must be collected from the winner’s local Chemistworks store. If a winner is unable to collect their prize in person due to reasonable circumstances, the prize may be mailed to them upon request. Chemistworks takes no responsibility for prizes lost or delayed in the post.
