Indications:
Poly GelLubricating Eye Gelhas been specially formulated to provide long lasting relief from the symptoms associated with dry, irritated eyes.
Contains: Carbomer 974P 3 mg/g with sorbitol and purified water. May include sodium hydroxide to adjust pH.
Twist off the top of the single use vial; instill 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed or as directed by your eye care professional. Place drops on the eye and blink.
Warnings
Tamper Evident: Do not use if package or unit dose vials are damaged or opened.
It is essential that you follow your eye care practitioner's directions and all labelling instructions for proper use of the product. If you experience persistent eye discomfort, excessive tearing, vision changes, or redness of the eye, or if the condition worsens or persists for more than 72 hours. discontinue use and consult a doctor.
Following instillation, your vision may become blurred for a short period of time.
The contents of each individual container are sterile until opened. To avoid contamination, do not touch tip of container to eye or any other surface. Use before expiry. Keep out of the reach of children.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
How Supplied: Sterilised by a combination of steam and filtration, is supplied in sterile single use plastic vials.
Make sure container is intact before use.
To open, completely twist off tab, do not pull off.
Instil 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye (s) as needed, or as directed by your doctor.
Once opened, do not re-use individual containers.
