Astrix is a low dose form of aspirin that is designed to prevent blood platelets from sticking together and to help reduce the chance of a blood clot forming. These blood clots could block an artery and therefore reduce or stop blood flow.
Astrix helps to keep your blood flowing freely and reduces the risk of heart attack or stroke in patients with known cardiovascular or cerebrovascular disease.
Astrix 100mg Tablets when taken regularly, will help protect you against some of the problems of blood clotting. Medical supervision is necessary for prolonged use of Astrix tablets. Astrix tablets are a smaller dose than required for the relief of temporary pain or fever.
Astrix tablets are an immediate-release low-dose form of aspirin indicated for inhibition of platelet aggregation to help prevent heart attack and stroke in patients with known cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease.
