Hydralyte Sports is an oral rehydration solution that is scientifically formulated to help replace water and essential electrolytes and minerals that you can lose when you exercise. Hydralyte® Sports is specifically formulated for sport and exercise. The Hydralyte® Sports formulation is low in sugar (2%) and high in electrolytes. It differs from Hydralyte® as it contains 6 additional trace elements which are lost in sweat during sport and exercise – magnesium, calcium, zinc, iron, manganese and copper.
It is also HASTA certified which means it’s free from banned substances giving you peace of mind before, during and after workout!
