When to take Berocca Hydrate? Take Berocca Hydrate when you are experiencing dehydration from:

- Heavy sweating
- Heat
- Travel
- Helps relieve symptoms of occasional hangovers
Contains sulfites, sugars, sorbitol, isomalt, soya bean products and tabletting aids. Contains sucralose as an artificial sweetener. Contains 322 mg sodium per 200mL dose. Contains 196 mg potassium per 200mL dose.
Adults and children over 12 years: Dissolve 2 tablets in a 200mL glass of water. Maximum daily dose is two tablets or as directed by your healthcare professional.
