What's in Berocca Hydrate (per tablet):
Vitamin B1 (from thiamine hydrochloride) 1.1 mg
Vitamin B6 (from pyridoxine hydrochloride) 1.5 mg
Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) 4.5 micrograms
Folic acid 100 micrograms
Glucose 1.44 g
Sodium (from sodium bicarbonate and sodium chloride) 160.7 mg
Potassium (from potassium chloride) 97.8 mg
Magnesium (from magnesium carbonate hydrate and magnesium sulphate dihydrate) 112.5mg

Contains sulfites, sugars, flavours, colours and tabletting aids. Contains sucralose as an artificial sweetener. Contains 322 mg sodium per 200mL dose. Contains 196 mg potassium per 200mL dose.

Directions

Adults and children over 12 years: Dissolve 2 tablets in a 200mL glass of water. Maximum daily dose is two tablets or as directed by your healthcare professional.
