Each Film Coated Tablet Contains: Althaea officinalis (Marsh mallow) root ext. dry conc. 25mg equiv. to dry root 100mg, Brassica oleracea var. italica (Broccoli) flower bud powder 150mg, Ribes nigrum (Black currant) fresh fruit ext. dry conc. 1.5mg equiv. to fresh fruit fry 300mg, Curcuma longa (Turmeric) Rhizome ext. dry conc. 25mg equiv. to dry rhizome 500mg, Trigonella foenum-graecum (Fenugreek) seed ext. dry conc. 25mg equiv. to dry seed 100mg, Rosmarinus officinalis (Rosemary) leaf ext. dry conc. 10mg equiv. to dry leaf 50mg, Thymus vulgaris (Common thyme) leaf ext. dry conc. 214.29mg equiv. to dry leaf 1.5g Verbascum Thapsus (Mullein) Leaf powder 200mg, Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 150mg.

Directions

Adults: Take 1 tablet daily with food or as advised by your healthcare professional. At the first sign of cold, take 2 tablets daily with food.
