Ingredients

Magnesium (from Magnesium glycinate) 105mg, Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha - Shoden®) root dry ext. 56.4mg, from 2.56g dry root, Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha - Shoden®) leaf dry ext. 63.6mg, from 2.544g dry leaf.

Directions

Adults 18yo+: Take 1 tablet one hour before bed time for sleep and 2 per day for stress and mild anxiety, or as advised by your healthcare professional.
