Each Hard Capsule Contains: Tyrosine 500mg; Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3 200 IU) 5micrograms; Zinc (as Zinc citrate dihydrate) 7.5mg; Iodine (as Potassium iodide) 75micrograms; Selenium (as Selenomethionine) 75micrograms; Retinol acetate 229.4micrograms equiv. to vitamin A 200micrograms RE; Ascorbic acid 50mg; Schisandra chinensis fruit ext. dry conc. 37.5mg, equiv. to Schisandra chinensis fruit dry 750mg; Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) root ext. dry conc. 75mg, equiv. to Withania somnifera root dry 1.5g.
