BIOGLAN Vitamin D3 is a convenient one-a-day capsule to help maintain bone health & density, calcium absorption, and supports immune system health.
BIOGLAN Vitamin D3 helps maintain adequate levels of Vitamin D, which may be deficient due to a lack of sun exposure or dietary support. Vitamin D also assists calcium absorption to help prevent osteoporosis later in life.

Each Soft Capsule Contains: Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3 1000IU) 25micrograms
Adults & Children over 12 years: Take 1 soft capsule daily with liquid after a meal/food.
