On the inside, Silica Liquid also helps support your collagen, joint cartilage and tendons health. It also maintains bone strength, mass and mineralisation in premenopausal women. This vegan, citrus flavoured oral liquid provides convenience and ease of dosing. Adults: Take 5mL (1 metric teaspoon) once a day, mixed with water or your favourite juice.
