Ingredients

Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3) 25mg Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 50mg Copper (from Copper gluconate) 240micrograms Manganese (from Manganese amino acid chelate) 1.25mg Selenium ( from Selenomethionine) 15micrograms Silicon (from Silicon Dioxide) 20mg Zinc (from Zinc gluconate) 15mg Biotin 2.7mg Equisetum arvense dry stem extract 100mg, from 400mg dry stem (Horsetail)
No added gluten, lactose, artificial flavours, artificial sweeteners, artificial preservatives, dairy products or animal-derived products.

Directions

Adults: Take 1 tablet twice daily with food, or as recommended by your healthcare professional. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. If symptoms persist, see your healthcare professional. This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. WARNING: Contains Zinc, which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period.
