How it works
Curcuminoids relieve mild osteoarthritis symptoms
Curcumin is part of a group of active compounds called curcuminoids, which are contained in the herb turmeric.
Curcuminoids have many therapeutic benefits, particularly for conditions like mild osteoarthritis where they:
- Relieve mild joint pain and soreness
- Help promote healthy joint function
- Help reduce cellular free radical damage
Curcuminoids exert other therapeutic effects in the body including mantaining healthy cholesterol, immune system and gallbladder function, as well as wound healing.
Turmeric relieves pain and inflammation
Turmeric is traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine to reduce mild joint inflammation and pain associated with mild osteoarthritis, as well as mild rheumatic aches and pains. Its also traditionally taken relieve painful symptoms of soft tissue injury in Chinese medicine.
Curcumin C3 Complex
Oriental Botanicals Turmeric Excel features Curcumin C3 Complex, a standardised curcumin extract. The formula is bioenhanced with BioPerinepiperine, which is found in black pepper and increases curcumins bioavailability.
HOW TO USE
Recommended dosage:
Adults: Take 2 tablets two times a day, or as professionally prescribed.
